      Surface treatment

      Shot-peening, sandblasting, cataphoresis and painting are used as surface treatments for die-cast aluminium components.

      AUSSTANZUNG

      Wird für große Durchmesser von Statoren und Rotoren in
      kleinen Serien verwendet. (Durchm. max. 1200 mm).

      OBERFLÄCHENBEHANDLUNGEN

      Kugelstrahlen, Sandstrahlen, Kataphorese
      und Lackierung werden als Oberflächenbehandlungen für Aluminiumdruckgusskomponenten
      eingesetzt.

      LASERSCHNEIDEN

      Dank eines Trumpf-Doppelkopfsystems können Blechgeometrien
      bis zu einem maximalen Durchmesser von 1200 mm erreicht werden und
      selbst bei Dicken von 0,35 mm ist höchste Zuverlässigkeit und Präzision gewährleistet.

      MECHANISCHE BEARBEITUNGEN

      Ausweiten, Drehen, Bohren und
      Räumen werden sowohl am Innen- als auch am Außendurchmesser der gescherten Teile
      durchgeführt.

      Schneiden von Blechen

      Die Coils werden gelagert und anschließend
      zugeschnitten, um dem Unternehmen maximale Flexibilität hinsichtlich der Materialbereitstellungszeiten
      zu ermöglichen.

      Schweissen

      Das Unternehmen verfügt über moderne WIG-Schweißanlagen,
      die die Montage von Statorblechen bis zu einem maximalen Außendurchmesser von 500
      mm ermöglichen.

      WÄRMEBEHANDLUNG

      Das Glühen von Blechen ist ein Verfahren zur
      Verringerung der magnetischen Verluste von Stahl und wird mit Hilfe von Wärmebehandlungsöfen
      durchgeführt, die mit einem kontinuierlichen Zyklus arbeiten.

      Druckguss

      Automatisierter Zyklus dank des Einsatzes von anthropomorphen
      Robotern für das Be- und Entladen der Werkstücke und der Verwendung von Kontroll-/
      Einstellsystemen der grundlegenden Arbeitsparameter.

      Stanzen

      Der Produktionsprozess, der mit technologisch fortschrittlichen
      Maschinen durchgeführt wird, wird ständig kontrolliert, angefangen von der Annahme
      der Rohstoffe bis hin zu den Verpackungs- und Versandverfahren.

      Punching

      Used for large diameters of stators and rotors in small series. (Diam. Max. 1200 mm).

      Laser Cutting

      Thanks to a Trumpf double head system it is possible to obtain sheet geometries up to a diam. Max of 1200 mm and maximum reliability and precision is guaranteed even with thicknesses of 0.35 mm.

      Welding

      The company has modern TIG welding systems allowing the assembly of the stator laminations up to a max External diameter of 500 mm

      Heat Treatment

      The annealing of the laminations is a process used to reduce the magnetic losses of the steel. This is possible thanks to heat treatment furnaces working in a continuous cycle.

      Die-Casting

      Automated cycle thanks to the use of anthropomorphic robots in pieces loading and unloading and the use of control / adjustment systems for the fundamental working parameters.

      Saldatura

      L’azienda dispone di moderni impianti di saldatura al TIG e Plasma che consentono l’assemblaggio dei lamierini statorici fino ad un diametro esterno max. di 500 mm.

      Taglio Lamiera

      I coils vengono immagazzinati e successivamente tagliati a misura per
      garantire all’azienda la massima flessibilità nei tempi di approvvigionamento del
      materiale.

      Tranciatura

      Il processo produttivo, eseguito con macchinari tecnologicamente avanzati, è costantemente controllato a partire dall’accettazione delle materie prime, fino alla modalità di imballo e spedizione.

      Pressofusione

      Ciclo automatizzato grazie all’impiego di robot antropomorfi per carico e scarico pezzi e utilizzo di sistemi di controllo/adjustment dei parametri fondamentali di lavoro.

      Trattamento Termico

      La ricottura dei lamierini è un processo utilizzato per ridurre
      le perdite magnetiche dell’acciaio e avviene grazie a dei forni di trattamento termico
      che lavorano a ciclo continuo.

      Finiture Superficiali

      Pallinatura, sabbiatura, cataforesi e verniciatura, vengono utilizzati come trattamenti superficiali per i componenti pressofusi in alluminio.

      Lavorazioni Meccaniche

      Vengono eseguite svasature, torniture, alesature e brocciature sia dei diametri interni che esterni dei particolari tranciati.

      Taglio Laser

      Grazie ad un impianto a doppia testa Trumpf si possono ottenere geometrie di lamiere che arrivano fino ad un diam. max di 1200 mm e viene garantita la massima affidabilità e precisione anche con spessori di 0,35 mm.

      Punzonatura

      Utilizzata per grandi diametri di statori e rotori in piccole serie. (diam. max. 1200 mm).
